I’ve read before that Mango’s are The King of fruits because of all of the beneficial nutrients they contain.
I’m lucky to be living in SE Asia where mangoes are plentiful and not expensive. There are also many varieties available and it is interesting to try them all as they taste differently.
Often, a mango is the first thing I will eat in the morning and eat it alone so that my body can enjoy the taste and get the full benefit of digesting all of its goodness.
Spread the word…. mango’s are delicious and are a part of natures medicine cabinet…. natural medicine is best 🙂

Mango is my favorite fruit, it is not only delicious but has high on nutrition value as well. One of the way I like to eat mangoes is to add it to smoothies…although it has many benefits one should also be wary of the fact that it contains more sugar than any other fruit.
